Meet Phil and Dana Liberatore, owners of Philip L. Liberatore, CPA and IRS Problem Solvers, Inc. Two power couples operating two highly successful businesses in Southern California. They come from two distinct backgrounds; Phil accounting and finance, Dana an ordained minister. But together, they are a force to be reckoned with in the business world. 

Even though Dana knows virtually nothing about tax, she utilizes her gifts in systems and organization to build a solid foundation for their businesses to prosper. While Phil is that people person who can turn a stranger into a friend and client in a matter of minutes. 

They are an example of how learning to work with each other's strengths as opposed to fighting it leads to a successful business and a healthy marriage.

Dana’s Bio:

Dana and her husband Phil along with their adult daughters Lisa and Marci, live in Whittier, CA.  They are actively involved with the Dream Center, serving on the Dream Center Foundation Board.  Dana also serves on the Advisory Board of Bring It Up Media and the Pacific Justice Institute.

Dana, received a Master’s in Christian Education from Talbot Theological Seminary and her Bachelors in Religious Studies from LIFE Pacific University.

As an ordained minister she has been in ministry for over 40 years.  As a spiritual activator, she has served as a youth minister, women's ministry director, Christian education director, adjunct professor and missionary to West Africa.  As a life coach, Dana advocates a strategy of well-being spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically with an emphasis on strengths based development.  As an entrepreneur, Dana and Phil have built two successful businesses in Southern California.  As a Gallup Certified Strengths Practitioner, Dana has recently started her own consulting venture to tool individuals, marriages, businesses and churches on strengths based engagement and success.

Phil is Founder and President of two successful Southern California companies – Philip L. Liberatore, CPA and IRS Problem Solvers, Inc. Phil is nationally recognized for his expertise with the IRS and he has helped thousands of clients across the US successfully resolve all types of complex IRS issues.

Phil is actively involved in many non-profit organizations and charities close to his heart and some of his most rewarding work comes through his philanthropy. Phil has built a small business empire over the years and success has only increased his determination and desire to help others. He has a strong passion for people and helping them reach their full potential in life. Phil is a graduate of University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and he holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance.
